Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install an app?

No. Shedo works in the browser on phones and computers, for you and for your clients.

Do my clients need an account?

No. They give their name and WhatsApp number, plus an email if they want updates. Then they get a link to view, cancel or reschedule.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, there's no lock-in. Cancel in the subscription portal and, at the end of the paid period, you go back to the Free plan. Your data stays saved.

Which countries does Shedo work in?

Brazil, Portugal and Ireland, with each country's language, currency, phone format and time zone.

Is my clients' data protected?

Each business only sees its own data, and the booking page never shows other clients' details. Read the privacy policy.
