Cookie policy
Last updated: [DATA]
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Shedo only uses the ones it needs to work and does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
1. Public website
The website's pages, such as the home page, pricing, the pages for each type of business and these legal pages, don't set cookies. Visit metrics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you individually.
2. Sign-in, dashboard and booking page
When you sign in or book an appointment, we only use essential cookies:
| Cookie | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|
.AspNetCore.Identity.Application |
Keeps you signed in to your account. | Until you close the browser, or 14 days if you tick Remember me |
.AspNetCore.Antiforgery.* |
Protects forms against forged submissions (CSRF). | Until you close the browser |
Identity.TwoFactorUserId |
Remembers where you are in signing in while you enter your two-factor authentication code. | 5 minutes |
Identity.TwoFactorRememberMe |
Remembers this browser so you aren't asked for the code again, if you choose that option. | 14 days |
Identity.External |
Used while signing in with an external provider. | 5 minutes |
Identity.StatusMessage |
Shows the confirmation message after an action on your account. | 5 seconds |
3. Local storage
We store your light or dark theme preference in your browser (booknest.theme). It never leaves your device.
4. Third-party pages
Payment and the subscription portal open on Stripe pages, which have their own cookie policy.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Without the essential cookies, you can't sign in or complete a booking.
6. Why we don't ask for consent
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, we don't show a consent notice. [CONFIRMAR COM ADVOGADO]
