Questions about plans and billing
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. You only add a payment method when you choose Basic or Pro.
What happens when the Free plan reaches 30 online bookings in a month?
Your booking page stops taking new online bookings until the start of next month, and clients see a message asking them to contact you directly. Bookings you add to the calendar yourself stay unlimited.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change plans whenever you like in the subscription portal, and Stripe prorates the difference.
How does billing work?
The subscription is monthly, with no lock-in, and billed by Stripe. Prices include tax, and your invoices are in the subscription portal. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
