These terms govern the use of Shedo by businesses that create an account. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. The service

Shedo provides an online calendar, a booking page for your clients, reminders and a dashboard with the month's figures. We may improve, change or remove features, giving notice in advance when a change affects your plan.

3. Your account

  • Your account details must be true and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.

4. Plans and payment

  • The Free plan has limits on professionals and online bookings per month, shown on the pricing page.
  • Paid plans are monthly, charged by Stripe at the start of each period with tax included, and renew automatically.

  • If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. If the subscription is cancelled, the account goes back to the Free plan.

5. Your clients' data

You are the controller of your clients' data. It is up to you to have a legal basis for adding them and sending them messages, and to tell them how their data is used. Shedo processes this data only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

  • Don't use Shedo to send spam or messages clients didn't ask for.
  • Don't publish illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Don't try to access other businesses' data, get around plan limits or overload the service.

7. Availability

8. Liability

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in My account, and the business's data is deleted. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, giving notice where possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We will tell you by email or in Shedo before significant changes take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
